CURRENT SALARIES

Here is the current financial situation the Warriors are in based on information gathered from Draft Express , InsideHoops.com, and mynbadraft.com.

Salaries for Monta Ellis and Andris Biedrins are estimated. C.J. Watson's salary estimated as minimum salary for player with 2 years of NBA experience.

If Ellis and Biedrins are signed to good deals totaling $16 million combined between the two, the Warriors will have a promising core of players and the ability to sign max deals in the Summer of 2010 - that is if Mullin manages the task of filling the roster properly. Getting favorable deals for the Warriors is a good possibility, considering the current trend of more fiscally responsible contracts being handed out and the fact that the only two teams with cap room are not likely to pursue either restricted free agent.
